Meet Our Founder

Stalin George, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing for 15 years, serving individuals, teens, and couples through a thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate approach to care. He specializes in marriage and couples counseling, with advanced training and full certification in the Gottman Method, helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Stalin has extensive experience working with marital distress, infidelity recovery, addictions within marriage, and conflict mediation, supporting couples through some of the most challenging seasons of their relationships. He also holds advanced certification and training in addictions counseling and is trained in trauma therapy using EMDR.

His clinical work integrates cognitive-behavioral, relational, and systems-based frameworks with faith-informed care to create a warm, collaborative, and emotionally safe environment for healing and growth. Outside of his professional work, Stalin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active through CrossFit, and engaging meaningfully in his local community.

Meet Dr. Rachel George 

This is the space to introduce visitors to the business or brand. Briefly explain who's behind it, what it does and what makes it unique. Share its core values and what this site has to offer. 

Rachel, Psy.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of experience providing counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her psychology degrees from Northwestern College and Wheaton College Graduate School, focusing her dissertation on protective factors against depression in adolescence. Rachel specializes in anxiety disorders (including OCD), women’s issues, trauma, identity concerns, and offers psychological testing for ADHD and other diagnoses. Her approach integrates family systems, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and faith-based perspectives to create a warm, collaborative, and emotionally safe environment for clients. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys time with her husband and four children, gardening, hospitality, and creative pursuits.
